Jefferson Davis Community College is a community college located in Brewton, Alabama. Founded in 1964, the college was named in honor of Jefferson Davis, president of the Confederate States of America.

History
The college was founded in 1964 as Jefferson Davis Community College.
On December 6, 2016 the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools voted to approve the consolidation of three institutions: Jefferson Davis Community College, Alabama Southern Community College, and Faulkner State Community College. All of which would now collectively be referred to as Coastal Alabama Community College. This merger took effect officially on January 11, 2017.
Campuses
The college has campuses in Brewton and Atmore, Alabama. The Woodfin Patterson Auditorium hosts cultural events. There is also a new One-Stop Student Services Center, a recreational and experiential learning park, and a three- hole practice golf course.
Organization and administration
The college is part of the Alabama College System. It has a temporary acting president.

The college is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees.
